    We want to make sure you receive your Fuzzie™ product in a timely and efficient manner. We offer free shipping worldwide, with estimated delivery times of 10-12 days for orders in the United States and 10-14 days for international orders. Please double-check all delivery information during checkout to avoid delays in receiving your order.

     

    If you receive a shipment email, please note that we will not be able to change or correct any delivery information. Therefore, it's essential to provide accurate information at the time of purchase to avoid any replacement or refund issues.

     

    Please be aware that your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may cause delays in delivery beyond our estimated delivery times.

     

    Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information, including the carrier information and tracking number. However, please keep in mind that tracking information may take up to 48-72 hours to become available after shipment.
